The Health and Care Board is seeking to appoint a Deputy Chair.
This volunteer will be an experienced individual in the health and care space and qualified member of the IFoA, with an established industry profile and an excellent network of contacts. They will be keen to build on the excellent foundations already created and have a passion to proactively help shape and drive forward this thriving practice area.
The board is a source of expertise within the profession for all health and care matters.
For the Deputy Chair role, prior involvement with other health and care practice groups, such as sub-committees or working parties, would be advantageous.
The Health and Care Board is committed to promoting diversity and equal opportunity for all members. Participation in board meetings are by videoconference or conference call to ensure location is not a barrier.
Please note that the expectation is that the Deputy Chair will progress to Chair in 2026.
