The charges relate to providing altered and/or incorrect salary payslips and/or incorrect bank account confirmation letter to Company A, parent company of Insurer B, during the recruitment onboarding process in 2020. The Respondent provided Person A’s ID number instead of their own to an Insurer B sales consultant when applying for an insurance quote in February 2022 and impersonated Person A in March 2022 and/or February 2023 to obtain an insurance quote and/or policy from Insurer B.
The conduct is alleged to be dishonest and in breach of the Integrity Principle of the Actuaries’ Code (version 3.0) and in breach of the principle of Communication in the Actuaries’ Code (version 3.0), and, if established, to constitute misconduct.
