The charge relates to a conviction, contrary to sections 1 and 2 of the Fraud Act 2006 and section 1(1)(a) and (b) of the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013.
The conduct is alleged to be in breach of the Compliance and Integrity principles of the Actuaries’ Code (version 3.0) and, if established, to constitute misconduct.
