The IFoA is seeking to appoint a qualified IFoA member to represent the IFoA on the International Actuarial Association (IAA) Education Committee.
The volunteer will join a group of dedicated IFoA volunteers on IAA committees and forums who support the IFoA’s engagement with the IAA and other actuarial associations. The volunteer would be expected to engage with the Education Committee and IFoA education team and keep them informed of discussions and educational developments at the international level.

We are looking for an IFoA member who has experience of supporting actuarial education and its policy development. This also includes demonstrating an understanding of the need to maintain standards and equivalence with alternative routes to qualification.
Candidates should ideally have:
The group meets online 2 to 3 times a year. It is estimated that the time commitment can be up to 3 days per annum.
