Ways to pay

  • to pay by card: login to your online members account and select a course and date
  • to pay by bank transfer: complete the application form and email it to the Member Services Team below with your proof of payment (remittance advice)

Places on our Online Professionalism Course 2 will fill up very quickly, so please ensure you book your place in good time.

Cancelling or changing a Professionalism Course booking

If you find yourself unable to sit a course or seminar that you have booked, please email our Member Services Team below soon as possible.

Cancellation three weeks before the course date

If you cancel your booking three weeks before the course date, you will be entitled to a refund of the assessment fees you have paid for that assessment, subject to a deduction of a 10% administrative charge and any applicable bank charges.

Please email our Member Services Team below to notify them of your exam cancellation and include a completed Professionalism Course refund form.

Cancellation after the course booking period has closed

To request a refund for extenuating circumstances (up to 15 days after you have sat your exam) email our Member Services Team below including the supporting documentation set out in our Refund policy, for example, a refund request because of illness or medical grounds should include a medical certificate.

Your entitlement to a refund will depend on the circumstances surrounding your request. We will consider your individual circumstances and make an assessment on whether it is fair and reasonable to exceptionally grant your request for a refund.

If we do accept your request for a refund, you will be entitled to a refund of the assessment fees you have paid for that assessment, subject to a deduction of a 25% administrative charge and any applicable bank charges.

If you find yourself unable to sit a course or seminar that you have booked, please email the Member Services Team below as soon as possible.
