Exam dates are now available for:
Booking is available from 1 July 2025 for dates starting from October 2025. CB3 dates will be available for booking 10 months of the year, excluding April and September, with up to 250 places available on each assessment. Please see the book your space via the member portal.

Exam booking closes at 17:00 UK time on the last day of exam entry.
All exams will run in UK time.
You will also be able to see your exam start time during our online exam booking process.
Your joining instructions will be available 2 weeks before the start of the exam session on the member portal of the IFoA website.
Your exam results will be available to download from the member portal of the IFoA website.
Your exam result breakdown will be available within 24 hours of the results being released.
You have until 24 July 2025 to submit your appeal applications. Applications made after this deadline will not be accepted. Further information can be found at: Make an appeal

If you would like to book onto an IFoA exam, other than CS1 or CM1, you will need to be a member of the IFoA.
If you are not currently a member of the IFoA, but you would like to book an exam, please make sure you apply to join the IFoA or that you reinstate your lapsed IFoA membership at least 3 weeks before exam booking opens.
