IFoA India Conference 2025 – Content Committee – Chair and members

We’re seeking to appoint a Chair and members to join the Content Committee for IFoA India Conference 2025. The conference is set to take place in New Delhi from 8 to 9 December.

The goal is to produce an informative, relevant, and exciting cross-practice actuarial conference for our members, non-members, industry specialists and stakeholders based in India.

 

Who are we looking for? 

We are seeking proactive, innovative and enthusiastic volunteers to join the committee, to work in partnership with IFoA executives and help to source and shape the content of the conference.

 

The roles

  • Conference Chair (1 opportunity)
  • Committee members (9 opportunities)

Ideally, candidates will be working in India or have substantial experience working in the region. They will have an excellent awareness of relevant trending topics/topics of interest. This is particularly in the prominent practice areas for the conference’s geographical location, but not limited to: 

  • AI / data and technology
  • climate change / environment, sustainability and governance (ESG)
  • cross practice areas: finance, investment and banking, risks
  • general insurance
  • health and care
  • life insurance and pensions

You will be expected to actively participate in monthly meetings with the conference committee and the IFoA executive. By volunteering you will be helping to shape and create a major actuarial conference.
