The charge relates to submitting an altered degree certificate and/or altered academic transcript to the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. The conduct is alleged to be dishonest and in breach of the Integrity Principle of the Actuaries’ Code (Version 3.1) and, if established, to constitute misconduct.
