The Practice Modules are designed to provide candidates with the opportunity to contemplate real-life issues they may encounter as a practising certificate holder.
The Practice Modules are facilitated online workshops based around relevant case studies. Candidates are required to attend an online workshop relevant to their particular practice area. The workshops are facilitated by a current (or recent) practising certificate holder in that area.
All workshops are held online, 09:30 to 11:30 UK time. Case studies are made available to delegates at least five working days before the workshop is due to start.

Yes, a pass in the previous UKPM is not accepted under the current PC Scheme. Therefore, if you are intending on applying for an initial practising certificate, you will be required to successfully complete the applicable workshop before submitting your application to the practising certificates team.
We anticipate that around four hours preparation will be required and half a day set aside for attendance.
All workshops are currently online only.
This is possible, but again depends on demand as candidates seeking to obtain a PC for the first time would take precedent. Helping to facilitate the workshop could offer a development opportunity for existing PC holders.
Core reading materials for P2, P3, and P4 are available for purchase via the IFoA eshop.
