It is widely accepted that risk management is a very critical enabler in making sure that companies achieve their business objectives or their ambition. Risk management is often intimidating to leadership and, in some instances, to boards. The topic for this webinar is enterprise risk management (ERM), a leading approach to risk management.

The session will endeavour to make ERM, particularly its practical application, grounded and more easily understood. Note, however, that ERM is scalable considering the size, complexity of operations, and the culture of the entity. The strategic approach is universal regardless of the sector.

This webinar is free for all IFoA members.
