IFoA members around the world have been casting their votes in the 2025 Council elections.
Their votes will help ensure we have a Council that is not only able to meet its responsibilities, but that also fairly represents the wants and needs of the IFoA membership.
Council sets the long-term vision for the IFoA and the actuarial profession. Members help to represent and develop both our organisation and the profession by gathering opinions from peers and practice areas and making strategic recommendations to the IFoA Board.
It’s an important role, with stewardship responsibilities that require strong governance, leadership, and accountability skills, and we rely on members all over the world to step up and fill that role.
Likewise, we rely on our global membership to play an active part in electing a Council that reflects what they want and need, as well as the demands and evolution of the actuarial profession.
Voting in this year’s election is open until Tuesday 8 July 2025 at 14:00 BST.
