Peter Neville Lewis is a highly experienced business adviser to boards and senior management teams with over 20 years’ practical delivery at chief executive level. He specialises in principled leadership and risk governance, culture, strategic, and conduct risk.
Peter is a Director of the Risk Coalition Research Company Ltd. He is also the Founder of Principled Consulting, a practical think tank for behavioural change and values-based decision making, supported by executive coaching and mentoring. He currently holds the post of Honorary Research Fellow at Brunel University London.
Over the last 10 years, Peter has also contributed to, and co-authored, various research publications on business culture, management performance, morals and values in business, employee share schemes, millennials in business, and risk governance in financial services.
Lawrence Habahbeh, Director of HedgeGenomics Risk Advisory, is a seasoned geopolitical risk strategist and risk specialist. He has worked with leading global financial institutions and risk management software companies, developing expertise in enterprise risk management, market risk, and counterparty credit risk.
Lawrence is a prominent member of the IFoA. He actively contributes to shaping risk management practices where he serves on the Risk Management Board and the Operational Resilience Task and Finish Group. He also spearheads the climate and sustainability working group and the Black Swan Insurance Working Party.
