Based on your feedback, all candidates will be able to express a preference in their exam centre location earlier in the booking process for April 2026 exams.
The exam booking process for April 2026 will follow that used in 2025. Once candidates’ initial exam bookings and payments are confirmed:
- Candidates will receive a link to an online form, where candidates can select and submit their first, second and third preference of exam centre location.
- If there are no suitable centre locations, candidates can request to sit remotely, online.
- We will allocate candidates to one of their three preferred options wherever possible.
- If we are unable to allocate candidates to one of their three preferred exam centres, we will allocate candidates to the next nearest location in the same country, or register candidates for remote invigilation.
- To increase the likelihood of candidates receiving their preference, we advise booking as early as possible in the booking period.
We will contact candidates with final instructions and publish updated FAQs in the week before April exam bookings open.
