The GI Board is once again pleased to launch this year's four award categories recognising outstanding achievements and contributions to the General Insurance actuarial community.

These awards aim to highlight excellence, commitment, innovation, and leadership at all stages of an actuary’s career and will be presented at this year's IFoA GIRO Conference, taking place 25 to 27 November in Edinburgh.
Recognising an individual or team for outstanding contributions to education, mentoring, and the professional growth of others.
Nominees may demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:
Recognising actuaries (including students) with fewer than 10 years of experience who have made a significant contribution to the GI field or wider actuarial profession.
Nominees may be recognised for:
Celebrating a sustained and significant contribution to the GI actuarial profession and/or the IFoA throughout a career.
Nominees typically demonstrate:
Recognising a notable contribution made in the past 12–24 months by an individual or team that has positively impacted the profession, industry, or public.
Open to individuals, teams, or cross-disciplinary groups working in General Insurance (GI).
