Take part in the Young Actuaries World Cup

The International Actuarial Association (IAA) is running the first ever Young Actuaries World Cup. This is a competition open to actuaries or actuarial students, under 35 years old and members of an IAA member association, interested in sharing their ideas or work.

Participants are asked to submit a video, no longer than seven minutes long, on the theme “Bridge to Tomorrow”. This can be focussed on a range of topics including climate issues, new products, new areas of actuarial practice, or how actuaries can contribute to a better society. The four competition finalists will be invited to attend the International Congress of Actuaries, due to be held in Sydney in 2023, where they will compete for the championship title. The IAA will cover their airfare, ICA registration, and accommodation.
