Annual report: 2021/2022

Delivering for our members

As a membership organisation, our members’ needs are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why our focus over the past year has been about improving and enhancing the member experience.

In this year’s annual report you can read about the ways we have worked to deliver for our members – from making the majority of our online events free to access, to launching an improved website.

In our annual report 2021/22 you can also read about our other work over the last year, including the work we are doing in sustainability, an area that is very close to our members’ hearts, our education and lifelong learning, which remain at the core of what we do, and how we have worked closely with our members to promote actuarial science and the value it brings to society.

’’Being a ‘Learning Society’ means that as well as supporting our members learning to assist them in having a fulfilling and rewarding career, we must also learn as an organisation. That’s why our members’ needs drive everything we do.’’

Louise Pryor – IFoA President 2021/22
