An amendment to Regulation 21 of the IFoA’s constitution, which concerns the privacy and processing of IFoA member’s personal information, has been confirmed and has taken effect.
In accordance with Rule 19A of the IFoA’s constitution, a 28-day notice period for comments on and objections to this amendment started on 7 February 2023 and ended on 7 March 2023. No comments or objections were received.
