Help shape the future learning experience of life actuaries.
Life insurance remains the largest actuarial practice area in the UK. Joining the Life Lifelong Learning Committee (LLC) gives you the opportunity to influence the topics, speakers and events that support the professional development of life actuaries and those working in related fields.
The IFoA's lifelong learning committees play a vital role in shaping the profession's programme of webinars, conferences and learning opportunities. Working closely with the IFoA's events, marketing and communities engagement teams, committee members help identify emerging issues, develop engaging content and ensure members have access to relevant, high-quality continuing professional development (CPD).
As the profession evolves and actuaries continue to expand into new sectors and specialisms, the committee helps ensure the learning programme remains relevant, forward-looking and valuable to members at every stage of their career.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to members, contribute to the development of the profession and help shape the conversations that matter most to the life community.
