As part of an ongoing review of how we support connection and engagement across the profession, the IFoA will retire the Communities digital platform on 20 June 2026. Introduced as a trial in 2023, the decision was informed by member feedback with low value ratings and low usage data, and following engagement with IFoA Member Experience Committee, Board and Council. The IFoA will continue to support professional discussion and collaboration through a range of channels including LinkedIn, the IFoA VLE, and our growing programme of events.
