In relation to Employment Tribunal Appeal EA-2019-000652-NLD & EA-2019-000974-NLD - The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries v Mr. Roopesh Davda, the IFoA has issued the following response:
"The IFoA is committed to progressing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the actuarial profession. We have always contested Mr. Davda's allegations of race discrimination. We are therefore pleased that the Employment Appeal Tribunal has found entirely in our favour.”
