Fair4All Finance is a not-for-profit organisation working to improve financial inclusion by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services. As part of this work, they are developing innovative approaches to improve access to insurance for people in financially vulnerable circumstances.
They are seeking an experienced senior insurance professional to join their Impact and Programme Delivery Committee as an Independent Committee Member.
This is an opportunity to apply your insurance expertise to a mission-driven organisation, providing independent insight, challenge and oversight of our insurance-related programmes, innovation activity and wider strategic objectives.
They are looking for someone with:
Significant senior-level experience in life and/or general insurance.
A relevant professional qualification (for example IFoA, CII, CFA) and/or equivalent senior industry experience.
Strong knowledge of insurance markets, regulation, products and innovation.
Experience operating at board, committee or other senior governance level.
Strong commercial, risk management and strategic oversight skills.
The ability to communicate complex insurance issues clearly to non-specialist audiences.
They particularly welcome applications from those with experience of insurance innovation, customer vulnerability, Consumer Duty, or developing solutions for underserved customer groups.
