The power of allyship: Creating a more inclusive actuarial profession

The Women Actuaries Committee invites you to join us for an insightful webinar exploring the role of allyship in creating a more inclusive and supportive actuarial profession.

This event is open to everyone, and we particularly encourage men as well as women to attend. Allyship is a shared responsibility, and meaningful progress is achieved when people from all backgrounds work together to create a more inclusive profession.

Being an ally goes beyond good intentions. It involves actively listening, learning, advocating, and taking meaningful action to support colleagues and drive positive change. During this session, our speakers will discuss what allyship looks like in practice, why it matters, and how individuals at all levels can contribute to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

Register now to be part of the conversation and help shape a more inclusive future for our profession.
