This webinar explores regulatory change impacting the long term health and care market. 2024 is a big year for regulatory change.

Cath is a client partner at 4most, where she leads the modelling proposition in the insurance division. Before joining 4most, she had over 25 years of experience in industry, working for FTSE100 insurers.  

After 15 years of focusing on capital management, business change, and risk, more recently, she has been focusing on finance change, including 5 years as Head of Modelling at Legal and General and Head of Actuarial Change at Phoenix. She is a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, and, in particular, LGBTQ+ issues.  

At the moment, a lot of Cath’s work time is spent on designing solutions to make clients’ systems more efficient, improve quality of analysis and deliver results faster.

Ramesh has over 15 years’ experience in both industry and consulting. He has worked on numerous large-scale programmes with multiple FTSE100 insurers. This work has included overseeing end to end reporting and modelling finance transformations.

Most recently, Ramesh has led numerous workstreams within model migration, reporting improvement project and IFRS17 for a FTSE100 insurer.
