Thu 26 Jun 2025 - Please join Jane Hamilton for an hour of free professional skills training. The session will use the latest PSSC toolkit and we will work through a number of the case studies. Even if you have done professional skills sessions within your organisation, we recommend taking this opportunity to discuss and reflect on real life situations with a wider pool of actuaries from different organisations/areas of expertise.
As a reminder, there is an annual requirement to complete a minimum of 2 hours of Professional Skills Training for members who are subject to the CPD Scheme 2020 (effective from 1 September 2020), defined in the CPD Scheme as 'CPD Activities with a Learning Outcome related to managing professional ethical challenges'.
Please note, KSS is an initiative of the Scottish Board but events themselves are organised ‘by members for members’. This means that if you are an attendee at a KSS event or contact of KSS your data is held by KSS volunteers and event organisers independently of the IFoA.
