Cath has over 25 years of experience in industry, working for FTSE100 insurers. She is a change specialist, with experience leading actuarial change and modelling centres and has a particular interest in modelling transformations, change governance, and finance implementation of business led projects.

Cath joined 4most in January 2024, leading the modelling proposition for the insurance division, and has been working with many life and health insurers to support their planning, understanding, and implementation of Solvency UK.

Ramesh has over 15 years’ experience in both industry and consulting. He has worked on numerous large-scale programmes with multiple FTSE100 insurers. This work has included overseeing end to end reporting and modelling finance transformations.

Most recently, Ramesh has led numerous workstreams within model migration, reporting improvement project and IFRS17 for a FTSE100 insurer.
